We hope you will love everything that you order from us. But if something isn’t quite right we accept returns on ready-stock items within 3 days of receiving your order.

For all returns and exchanges, please contact us, stating your order number and why you would like to return/exchange your item. We will be in touch within 48 hours and do our best to resolve the situation.

• Products must be mailed for return within 3 days of receiving a product ordered.
• Please makesure the product are being packed according to this condition : Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that we used to send the goods.
• Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
• Sale items are not exchangeable / returnable.
• All shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
• Returns that are damaged, soiled or perfumed are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer (Shipping cost will be cover by customer).
• You must download and fill out the exchange form to proceed the return and exchange.
